Aromatic, spicy, sweet and absolutely wonderful hot beverage that will warm you up during those chilly days. It’s great, refreshing and rich in taste. There’s a huge variety of Chai teas at our store, but if you like to experiment try this:

  • boil 7 to 10 cups of water
  • let it cool for 3-5 minutes

add the following

  • 10 cloves
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 3-4 thin ginger slices
  • 2 bay leaves
  • or a little bit of black pepper or fennel for milder taste

start boiling the water again

  • depending on how strong you like your tea to be add 2-3 table spoons of black tea

simmer 3 – 5 minutes

  • if you like it sweet, add 5-7 spoons of honey, sweetener or sugar

and

  • add a cup of milk
